Not only is it practical, but it is also very easy to clean. Simply toss it in the washing machine after use. Please expect some shrinkage when you first wash your bowl cozy. You can smooth out your bowl cozy with your hands if you wish. After shrinkage I found them more cozy and a bit thicker to cushion the heat.
It can be used in the microwave, it is made of 100% Cotton fibers without any additives. It is not fire retardant or flame proof. For this reason, we suggest cooking in 1 minute intervals for a maximum of 8 minutes. Never leave the microwave unattended.
